In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jll111" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the jll111 online gaming platform, accessible at jll111.net, and its operators.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any jll111 service.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the jll111 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a Player's jll111 account, excluding any bonus funds not yet converted.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives awarded by jll111 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and jll111 internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Services" means all games, products, features, and tools available on the jll111 platform, including live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, and any associated account management features.

Access to and use of jll111 services is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. jll111 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by a person below the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jll111 services is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

To access real-money Services, Players must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Players warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful and accurate.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active jll111 Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jll111 employs technical and manual methods to detect multiple accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

jll111 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute an unconditional right to access all Services.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. Players must not share their Account credentials with any third party. jll111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Player's Account caused by the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

Players must notify jll111 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their Account or any other security breach. Notification should be sent to [email protected]. jll111 may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of a reported security breach.

Players are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for their jll111 Account and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. jll111 reserves the right to require password resets or additional verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected on an Account.

jll111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, Coins.ph, and USDT (Tether). Supported payment methods are subject to change. Players should refer to the Cashier section of their Account for the current list of available options.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. jll111 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method — refer to the Cashier section for current limits. jll111 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Account holder.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that match the Player's verified identity. Players must complete the KYC verification process — including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of payment method — before any withdrawal can be processed.

jll111 will endeavor to process withdrawal requests promptly following verification. Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional processing time depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule.

jll111 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. All financial transactions are subject to monitoring. jll111 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction it deems suspicious and to report such transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law. Players must not use jll111 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately closed and referred to law enforcement.

jll111 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available only to Players with verified, compliant jll111 Accounts. Players with multiple accounts are ineligible for any promotional offer.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

jll111 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. All games offered on the jll111 platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations conducted under regulated conditions. Game outcomes are not manipulated.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using jll111 Services:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to jll111 immediately and must not exploit it. Exploitation of bugs will result in account closure and forfeiture of any gains.
• Using VPNs, proxy services, or other means to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or misrepresentation of any material fact to jll111.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jll111 staff, live dealers, or other players in any communication channel.

For sports betting Services, jll111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, where there was a pricing error, or where irregular or suspicious betting patterns are detected. Maximum bet limits apply per event and are subject to change at jll111's discretion.

jll111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under Philippine gaming regulations seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account settings.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jll111 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jll111 content without express prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of jll111's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jll111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of or inability to use jll111 Services.

jll111 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jll111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond jll111's reasonable control.

jll111's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jll111's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jll111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, Players also consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data as described in the jll111 Privacy Policy.

jll111 collects personal data including name, contact details, identification documents, financial information, and gameplay data for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where consented), and regulatory reporting obligations under Philippine law, including AMLA requirements.

Players have rights regarding their personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of their data. Requests relating to personal data should be directed to [email protected].

jll111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jll111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of jll111 Services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to the revised Terms must cease using jll111 Services and may request account closure.

It is each Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of jll111 Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. Players may raise disputes by contacting the jll111 support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. jll111 will endeavour to respond to and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the applicable dispute resolution process under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Where PAGCOR's process does not apply, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
